About Us
Over 16 years of experience working on HMIs, PI Historians, and Network Switches for GE Mark V, Mark VI, and Mark VIe control systems.
Unique experience upgrading older GE systems with newer hardware/software, which required expertise in EGD Communications, Cimplicty (both project based and Advanced Viewer), Modbus, OPC DA/AE/UA, GSM (GE Standard Messaging), PLC interfaces (EGD, OPC, and SRTP), Combustion Dynamics Monitoring (both EDASCE and VAMB/PAMB), 3rd Party PI Interfaces, and network switch configuration.
Troubleshooting experience includes in depth EGD to EGD communications, 3rd party interfaces to GE HMIs (including PLC interfaces to Cimplicity Projects), and Network Performance.
Projects range from GE HMIs with iDOS, to TCI and Cimplicity Server, to the latest GE HMIs using ControlST and Cimplicity Advanced Viewer.
OT Installation – Services execution of HMI/Switch/Cyber upgrades and replacement. Site verification that proper transfer of functionality from old to new equipment was successful.

Training and Support
Site Walkdown and/or Software Review – Can include either:
1) A site visit to walkdown the network, collect site data for the project team, and provide recommendations on what to focus on in the upgrade process (by reviewing existing interfaces and protocols)
2) Remote download and review of software (provided by customer) from existing system to prepare for the project upgrade.
FAT/SWAT Support – Can attend acceptance testing to aid in verification of system. This can also be used in conjunction with a Site Walkdown/Software Review to provide full support to ensure your upgrade project is a success.
3rd Party Link Testing/Configuration – Perform basic protocol check outs for Modbus, OPC DA/UA/AE, GSM, PI, among others.
OT System Training – Whether in person or via remote teleconference, we can provide custom, expert training for your OT system.
Remote Troubleshooting – Leverage our deep background in remote troubleshooting of a myriad of issues, including but not exclusively EGD communication failure, inoperable Cimplicity screens, failed PI server data, HMI/controller build issues, degradation of network performance, and failed 3rd party interfaces.
Site Troubleshooting/Assessment – In person review of OT issues and recommendations for future upgrades.
